Pumpkins!

We went with the Smith family on Saturday to the fall Festival at the Idaho Botanical Gardens. It was a pumpkin wonderland. We ate great food and wandered through the fall exhibits in side the garden. They even had a pumpkin catapult.

Well, September is over so I guess I'd better catch up...

We picked our apples.

We had a monk's feast.

We had lots of rain this month.

Emma lost her first top tooth.

Pumpkins at the farmer's market.

Morgan got interested in Chinese writing.

And I made my first bread.

Back to School

We did SO much this summer, but now it has finally come to a close. Yesterday we started our third year of homeschooling. We now have a 2nd grader, first grader, and preschooler. We're two days in now and things are going great...kids are excited, schedule is running smoothly. Why can't it be like this all year?

These babies love each other. I'm so thankful I don't have to split them up and send them off to school.
