The Griffin Grandparents Stop By On Their Trip to New Mexico

Papa Wes and GiGi stopped by on their way to and from New Mexico. Of course, we all enjoyed being together and talking and eating and all that stuff that we do when they come into town. Here are a few photos. The mysterious brown paper is construction byproduct from our back room remodelling that we let Morgan color on.

Morgan has a new pal compliments of Grandma Motz. We named her "Betsy" and taught Morgan to throw his hand up and say, "Yee Haw!". Oh, and we couldn't help but add a photo of Emma lifting her head up.

So Much to Post So Little Time

It's been a busy week for us. It all started last weekend with a quick visit from Grandma Motz, Memaw Motz, Shannon, and Nathan. Since we were planning to go to Abilene the following Wednesday, Shannon decided to stay with us and help out with the kids. Then, on Wednesday afternoon, we all loaded up and drove to Abilene to see Memaw Pepaw, Aunt Leslie, Zaneta, Stephan, and Austin. It was a pretty full house but we managed. We even got to squeeze in a little trip to the zoo. Morgan was fascinated as you can see.

Emma One Month Old

We had some trouble with our new camera so we haven't been posting very much. Finally, we busted out the old one so we would at least have a few photos of Emma on her one month birthday. Here they are.

Our Anniversary and the Weekend Griffin Visite

Grandma and Grandpa Griffin came down last weekend for a visit and watched the kids while we went out for a night on the town. Here are a few photos of Emma and Morgan during the trip and one of me and Ash on our anniversary. The photos of Emma are taken in "The Crib".

Emma is Here!

We are proud to announce the birth of Emma Ireline Griffin on May 19th 2007 at 1:48AM. It's been a rough couple of days, but we are finally home with the latest addition to our family. She weighed in at 8lbs. 10oz. which probably seems big to some, but was an answer to prayer after having Morgan the Giant. Anyway, it was great to see all of the family and thanks to all of our friends that came by and sent stuff to the room. Here is the first video and some photos.
