Happy 4th of July!

We threw our first BBQ today, and we think it was a great success (we love our backyard!). Matt's hotdogs were delicious, the kids had a great time, and we enjoyed great conversation with our friends. Thanks everyone for the drinks, sides, and desserts you brought. We hope you had as much fun as we did.

Morgan's 1st real haircut

We took Morgan to get his first real haircut at Mastercuts on Saturday. He did great! In fact, he put up way less of a fight with her than he does when we cut his hair. And he looked so cute and small in the barber chair.
Also, in this post we have some photos of Emma with her Daddy- she is his girl! Everyone says she looks so much like him. I completely agree. It's funny how Morgan seems to resemble the Motz side (my dad), while Emma is totally a Griffin.

Emma One Month Old

We had some trouble with our new camera so we haven't been posting very much. Finally, we busted out the old one so we would at least have a few photos of Emma on her one month birthday. Here they are.

Our Anniversary and the Weekend Griffin Visite

Ashleigh's Birthday

The Motz family came into town for Asleigh's birthday and we all had a wonderful time celebrating. I think Emma got more attention than the birthday girl, though.
