So Much to Post So Little Time

It's been a busy week for us. It all started last weekend with a quick visit from Grandma Motz, Memaw Motz, Shannon, and Nathan. Since we were planning to go to Abilene the following Wednesday, Shannon decided to stay with us and help out with the kids. Then, on Wednesday afternoon, we all loaded up and drove to Abilene to see Memaw Pepaw, Aunt Leslie, Zaneta, Stephan, and Austin. It was a pretty full house but we managed. We even got to squeeze in a little trip to the zoo. Morgan was fascinated as you can see.

Griffin Reunion Last Weekend

We're a little behind but we just had to post some of the photos from the Griffin reunion last weekend. It was wonderful seeing the family again. We don't get to see each other nearly as often as we'd like.

Morgan Appears on the Cover of Wired Magazine

Recently, Wired Magazine did a promotion where they let subscribers submit a photo that would appear on a personalized issue of the magazine. We immediately found the best picture of Morgan covered in spaghetti Os and uploaded it. Here is the result. It's the July 2007 issue of Wired.

Happy 4th of July!

We threw our first BBQ today, and we think it was a great success (we love our backyard!). Matt's hotdogs were delicious, the kids had a great time, and we enjoyed great conversation with our friends. Thanks everyone for the drinks, sides, and desserts you brought. We hope you had as much fun as we did.

Morgan's 1st real haircut

We took Morgan to get his first real haircut at Mastercuts on Saturday. He did great! In fact, he put up way less of a fight with her than he does when we cut his hair. And he looked so cute and small in the barber chair.
Also, in this post we have some photos of Emma with her Daddy- she is his girl! Everyone says she looks so much like him. I completely agree. It's funny how Morgan seems to resemble the Motz side (my dad), while Emma is totally a Griffin.
